1. Is registration required for all types of outreach?
  Yes, click here to visit the registration page and select which type of outreach you wish to attend.

2. If I submit a registration form, am I approved to attend the outreach?
  All registration requests are subject to approval. TARSC will process your registration within two (2) business days and, based on plan requirements, you will receive an email confirmation or waitlist notification at the email address provided on your registration form.

3. Can I register for more than one outreach type or session topic at one time?
  You must register for each type of outreach separately.

4. When I register for outreach with more than one session topic, will I receive one confirmation?
  Since the maximum attendance and registration requirements differ for each session topic, TARSC will process registration for each session topic individually. You will receive notification within two (2) business days for each session topic. Confirmation or waitlist notification will be delivered to the email address provided on your registration form.

5. Should I submit another registration if I entered an incorrect email address on my registration?
  Please do not submit another registration, but contact TARSC immediately at 1-800-290-2910 or TARegistrations@tarsc.info to provide a correct email address. You should provide your name, organization, and plan number to ensure your corrected information is properly linked to your original registration.

6. How do I know if I should attend a particular type of outreach or session topic?
  Please access the description of the outreach and/or session topics to determine if you should attend. You can access more information about each type of outreach from the Registration page.

7. How do I cancel my registration?

8. How do I substitute myself for a previously registered attendee from my organization that is no longer attending?
  Only confirmed registrants may request a substitute. Please contact the TARSC Registrar at TARegistrations@tarsc.info or 1-800-290-2910 to substitute your registration.

9. Is there a cost for any of the outreach programs?
  No. There are no costs associated with the current types of outreach.

10. Can attendees receive Continuing Education Units for attending outreach?
  Attendees may submit their agenda and registration confirmation email to certifying agencies (AAPC, PMI, AHIMA, etc.) for evaluation of continuing education units.

11. Are there any registration deadlines?
  Most types of outreach require advanced registration that closes one or two days before the event.

  Materials for each type of outreach will be distributed and/or posted online prior to the event.
